01Booking and confirmation

You send a booking request (vehicle, points, dates, options). We reply by e-mail to confirm or decline it.
Once we accept it you receive a booking number; a deposit payment may be requested to confirm.
You book a category: if the requested model is unavailable, an equivalent model is provided at no extra cost.

14 pick-up and return points in 8 cities; one-way between any two points, fee confirmed in our reply.
At the airport our agent waits outside the terminal with a sign bearing your name, day or night, according to your booking.
In town, the car is delivered to your address or hotel. Casa-Port and Casa-Voyageurs stations: on request.
Rental is counted in 24-hour blocks with a one-hour courtesy period; beyond it, an extra day is due.
30 days maximum per contract; beyond that, a new contract is signed.
Joint inspection at handover; report any unlisted damage by the next morning at the latest.

Minimum age: 21 on the departure date.
Valid licence issued in your country of residence, held for at least 1 year; licences in French or English are generally accepted without an international permit.
Bring: driving licence, a bank card in the main driver’s name, passport or national ID card (residents).
Additional driver free of charge, to be declared and present at handover.
Driver under 21: on request only, with a €10/day supplement.

Payment at handover: cash, Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit, in the main driver’s name).
Not accepted: third-party cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express.
No online payment. A deposit payment may be requested after we accept the booking.
Rates in euros, shown in dirhams at a fixed €1 = 10 DH; payment in euros or dirhams.

The deposit depends on the vehicle (from €500 to €11,000); it is held on your card at handover (cash deposit accepted).
Three options: standard deposit; halved deposit from 3 days for a daily supplement; zero deposit from 7 days, on some vehicles.
Each option’s daily supplement is shown on every vehicle page and in your request.

Unlimited mileage.
Fuel: return the car with the same level as at handover (rule confirmed in our reply).

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up (window confirmed in our reply), by e-mail to contact@1servicecar.com quoting your reference.

Comprehensive cover, tyres excepted, with a capped excess: theft, fire, third-party liability and personal accident insurance.
Not covered: radio, phone, key, accessories, abnormal tyre wear, undercarriage, personal belongings.

After an accident: notify us and hand in the joint accident report within 5 working days; a written statement is mandatory.
Assistance included; the assistance number is given with your contract. Replacement vehicle subject to availability.
